Hello, I’m Óscar Lugo from México. I’m a photographer and cinematographer and I believe that the importance of photography, beyond technical development and artistic content, is the practical social function. To see through the eyes of somebody else, opens our mind and expands our horizons. This allows us to recognize ourselves and understand through an image, what our short lives may not let us know.
